At Dripping Case PK, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help you resolve it quickly. Please read our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all protective films, stickers, or tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and single-use nature, screen protectors, lens protectors, and items with peeled adhesive backings (such as used suction pads) cannot be returned once opened unless they arrived damaged.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items (Defect on Arrival)

If you receive a phone case or accessory that is cracked, broken, or does not match the phone model you ordered:

  • Take a clear photo or video of the defective item alongside the delivery flyer.

  • Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • We will send you a brand-new replacement completely free of charge, or issue a full refund.

3. Change of Mind Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong phone model by mistake (e.g., ordered an iPhone 15 Pro case instead of an iPhone 15 Pro Max) or simply want a different style:

  • You can exchange it within 3 days.

  • The customer will be responsible for sending the original item back to our hub via a traceable courier service at their own expense.

  • Once we inspect the returned item and verify it is in brand-new condition, we will ship out your new choice. A standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 will apply to the exchange delivery.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected at our fulfillment center, we will contact you to confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Direct Bank Transfer within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
