You agree to pay the exact total order amount in cash to the rider at the time of delivery. The rider will not hand over the parcel until the payment is received.
3. Order Confirmation & Verification
Placing an order on our website does not mean it is automatically dispatched.
All orders are subject to verification. Our team may contact you via Call, WhatsApp, or SMS to confirm your order details and delivery address.
If we cannot reach you within 48 hours to verify the order, or if the provided contact number is invalid, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to deliver your orders within our standard shipping timelines (typically 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city).
Delays caused by courier service issues, extreme weather, or public holidays are beyond our control, but we will always assist you in tracking your package.
Refusal of Delivery: Ordering items online with the intent to refuse them at the doorstep damages small businesses. Repeatedly refusing verified COD parcels without a valid reason may result in your address and phone number being blacklisted from future orders on our store.
5. Returns, Exchange, and Damages
We take great care in quality-checking and packing our mobile cases and accessories.
If you receive a product that is physically damaged during transit or is the wrong model/design, please contact our customer support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, you may be asked to provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue with the product.
